Pattern is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team following our recent acquisition of ROI Hunter, a retail media platform that integrates product, marketing, and merchandising data into a single source of truth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between these two ecosystems, exploring massive, complex datasets to identify synergies that drive ROI. You will help brands understand the impact of creative content—such as images in ads—on the customer journey and purchase outcomes, translating ROI Hunter’s unique data into actionable insights on performance, optimization, and conversion across the marketplace.

This is a full‑time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

• Actively exploring new datasets to identify growth patterns and ROI opportunities.
• Building upon and improving existing analytical frameworks to scale data operations.
• Developing models and performing analytics to gain visibility into key business units and stakeholders.
• Integrating product data from across the ecommerce ecosystem to power smarter, more consistent cross‑channel execution.

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience analyzing unstructured data—specifically images and creative content—to extract actionable insights that optimize the e‑commerce customer journey and drive measurable ROI.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally across teams.

• Experience with AWS.
• Data Engineering experience.
• Knowledge or work experience in the E‑Commerce space.
