Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Salesforce Junior Admin / Support Specialist

The Role in a Nutshell

We have a highly developed, organized Salesforce environment and a skilled Lead Admin focusing on major architectural builds. We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to act as our "First Responder"—someone who can handle day-to-day requests, troubleshoot minor "fires," and manage third-party integrations so our lead can stay focused on big-picture projects.

This is a 30-day contract with the potential to become a long-term, part-time support pillar for our team.

  • Compensation: $15–$20 USD/hour
  • Hours: Flexible
  • Start: ASAP
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As the primary support for our Lead Admin, you will:

  • Triage & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for team "fires." (e.g., "Why isn t this lead syncing?" or "I can t see this button.")
  • App Maintenance: Monitor and maintain third-party integrations (Dialers, Email, Billing tools). You’ll check sync logs, map new fields, and resolve authentication errors.
  • Light Config: Handle "on-the-fly" requests like creating custom fields, updating page layouts, managing validation rules, and tweaking existing Flows.
  • Reporting Support: Build and refine reports/dashboards for sales and operations teams based on specific, immediate needs.
  • Data Hygiene: Assist with deduplication, mass imports, and ensuring data integrity across objects.
Who You Are
  • The Learner: You have a solid grasp of Salesforce fundamentals (Admin Certification or equivalent study) and are looking to apply it in a professional, well-structured environment.
  • The Problem Solver: You enjoy the "detective work" of finding out why a record didn t update or why an integration stalled.
  • The Communicator: You can explain technical fixes to non-technical teammates with patience and clarity.
  • Flow-Fluent: You are comfortable working within Salesforce Flow and understand how to navigate a complex Org without breaking existing logic.
Required Skills
  • Salesforce Core: Strong understanding of Objects, Relationships, and Security (Profiles/Permission Sets).
  • Automation: Proven ability to build and troubleshoot Record-Triggered Flows.
  • Integrations: Familiarity with the App Exchange and basic API concepts (how data moves between systems).
  • Documentation: Ability to log your changes so our Lead Admin stays in the loop.
How to Apply

Please send:

  • A brief summary of your Salesforce journey so far.
  • One example of a "fire" or technical problem you solved within Salesforce.
  • Your availability over the next 30 days.
