Marketing Operations Intern

As our Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll help scale one of Neighbor’s most important local growth channels:
Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts.

• Google Maps Pin Setup:
  Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create, publish, and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings.
• Pin Quality & Compliance:
  Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details.
• Pin Optimization:
  Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, copy, categories, attributes, etc.).
• Operational Scaling:
  Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report learnings to the Growth team.

• Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be available to work full time throughout the summer in Lehi, UT.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Ability to follow a process while also spotting ways to improve it.
• Comfort communicating with hosts via phone, email, and text.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a high volume of work.
• Interest in local SEO, marketplaces, or operations-heavy growth roles.
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent in a fast-paced environment.
