THE ROLEAs a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the primary technical authority and strategic advisor for our most significant enterprise customers, driving their IT transformation on the Everpure™ Platform. You’ll bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical solutions, collaborating closely with Engineering and Customer Experience teams to ensure long-term architectural success. Your mission is to move beyond maintenance and act as a visionary liaison that maximizes the value of Everpure technology within the customer’s unique ecosystem.
WhatYou'll Do
- Strategic Technical Ownership:
Serve as the long-term technical owner and primary advisor for assigned enterprise accounts, aligning platform strategy to evolving business priorities and IT transformation initiatives. - Governance & Strategic Ownership:
Establish structured technical governance, including regular health reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and lifecycle planning to ensure long-term architectural stability and renewal confidence. - Portfolio Architecture Alignment:
Provide architectural guidance across block, file, object, and cloud-integrated solutions within the Everpure platform, ensuring performance, scalability, resiliency, and data protection objectives are met. - Proactive
Risk Management:
Identify operational, architectural, and performance risks through telemetry analysis, trend evaluation, and structured engagement, driving preventative action before business impact occurs. - Lifecycle & Upgrade Strategy:
Guide customers on replication posture, disaster recovery readiness, upgrade governance, and capacity planning to maintain predictable and resilient platform operations. - Executive Advisory & Communication:
Present risk posture, technical strategy, and platform roadmaps to stakeholders ranging from administrators to CIO-level executives, translating technical decisions into measurable business outcomes. - Cross-Functional Technical Leadership:
Lead complex, multi-technology issue resolution across Customer Experience, Engineering, Sales, and third-party vendors when standard escalation paths are insufficient. - Value Realization & Optimization:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, resiliency, operational efficiency, and long-term adoption of the Everpure platform.
- Enterprise Infrastructure
Experience:
12+ years of experience operating within complex enterprise infrastructure environments, including architecture strategy and mission-critical workload support. - Strategic Account Ownership:
Demonstrated experience managing long-term technical relationships within vendor or enterprise IT environments, with accountability for architectural alignment and customer outcomes. - Enterprise Storage & Data Platform Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage architectures across block, file, and object environments, including high availability design, replication strategies, disaster recovery planning, and lifecycle governance. - Portfolio & Cross-Platform Awareness:
Broad understanding of storage integration within multi-technology ecosystems, including virtualization platforms, operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows), networking fundamentals, and data protection strategies. - Mission-Critical Workload Support:
Experience supporting Tier 1 applications and database environments (Oracle strongly preferred) where performance consistency and resiliency are essential. - Proactive Risk & Analytical Capability:
Proven ability to interpret telemetry, performance trends, and operational data to identify early risk indicators and recommend preventative action. - Cross-Functional Technical Leadership:
