POSITION SUMMARY
As a Staff Product Designer, you'll be a strategic partner and hands-on contributor, leading critical initiatives that shape the user experience strategy and execution across our platform. You'll bring clarity to complex problems, advocate for our users, and design elegant, scalable solutions in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers. You'll help drive the AI transformation of our design team.
This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex, technical challenges through creative, user-centered design.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead UX strategy and drive the highest-impact design projects, creating scalable, elegant solutions that align with business and user goals.
- Lead the AI-era transformation of our design system, process, and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research to define and solve the right problems.
- Simplify complexity into clean, user-friendly experiences.
- Leverage data and user insights to inform, validate, and refine your design decisions.
- Own end-to-end design, from research and ideation to polished mockups and prototypes.
- Mentor others and help grow a strong, collaborative design culture.
- 7+ years experience working in software design & UX, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to influence large-scale initiatives and gain stakeholder alignment.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design process, craft, and ability to simplify complexity.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- Proficient with design tools, especially Figma.
- Working understanding of front-end development and how design translates into code.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and elevating fellow designers.
- Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
