Our client seeks a seasoned leader for their Digital Experience Technical Account Management team, focused on driving customer success within Adobe's Digital Experience of ferings. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure optimal operational health and adoption of new solutions for key enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performing team culture, manage complex engagements, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to realize customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct formal performance appraisals for team members.
- Analyze organizational performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in customer happiness, efficiency, and retention.
- Advocate for the team, foster collaboration across departments, and represent customer concerns to drive process improvements.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership to align support efforts with customer retention and value realization strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of people management experience in a software/SaaS support or account management environment.
- Proven ability to manage a complex book of business while simultaneously mentoring a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong executive presence.
Experience with Adobe Digital Experience solutions, specifically AEM, Workfront, and Genstudio, is highly desired.
