MW Partners is currently seeking a Global Enablement Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:
  • Aligning with the sales leaders in SPP to understand business challenge and organizational priorities
  • Partnering with the SPP Center of Excellence to understand skill gaps, develop skills assessments, and develop targeted learning to meet needs
  • Program management for onboarding new SPP members;
    Improving the content and delivery;
    Training people to deliver effectively
  • Scaling the repository of GTM and skills learning to the SPP organization, ensuring content is relevant to their role
  • Developing a programmatic way to scale the knowledge in SPP to the rest of the sales organization
Requirements:

Strategic and Business Leadership
  • Strategic & Business Acumen - Ability to understand sales priorities, GTM motions, business objectives, and field challenges-and translate them into clear enablement strategies.
  • Sales Enablement Subject-Matter Expertise:
    Knowledge of core readiness domains including GTM, selling skills, sales process, sales tools, AI for sellers, onboarding, and manager effectiveness-plus the ability to cross-train outside one's own discipline.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Influence:
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Leadership:
    Ability to make relationships at the executive/managerial level to diagnose problems in the language of the customer and co-create a path forward. Ability to influence others who do not work for you;
    Ability to create momentum around solving a problem through influence versus directive.
  • Executive Presence, Influence, and Communication Skills - Ability to clearly communicate concepts, inspire adoption, simplify complex ideas, and create compelling narratives that resonate with sellers and leaders.
Program Development & Delivery
  • Program Development & Management Excellence:
    Ability to design, build, and manage global enablement programs end-to-end-including planning, scoping, stakeholder alignment, content development, rollout orchestration, and ongoing iteration. Ability to design content for global scale and regional customization.
  • Learning Experience & Instructional Design Excellence:
    Proficiency in outlining multi-level learning journeys, applying adult learning principles, and designing content that meets the needs of diverse roles and skill levels. Ability to outline learning across formats-on-demand, virtual live, in-person, blended, experiential-and outline high-quality assets (videos, playbooks, modules, simulations, workshops, credentials). Ability to create your own content or communicate effectively with instructional designers to get the training developed.

    Skills:

    Skilled in cross-functional change communication, ensuring regional leads understand the program and have what they need to drive behavior change;
    Ability to coordinate with Sales Operations and Enablement to influence program adoption in systems, tools, and process.

    Ability to set KPIs, measure engagement and behavior change, analyze field feedback, and iterate programs based on data and business results.

    Ability to learn and leverage new technologies-especially AI - to innovate how enablement is designed, delivered, personalized, and scaled.
  • Bachelors degree and some experience in sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, or cross-functional program management at a large organization.
