Location: Remote

Job Summary: Monitor Appian production environment for abnormal activities like volume or errors; monitor support channels on Slack; respond to business queries on Slack; provide reporting on data needs by business; assess Appian health using the Appian Support portal; diagnose and troubleshoot issues; monitor platform logs and system metrics; resolve application issues and provide root cause analysis; participate in Pager Duty for prompt responses;

collaborate with Appian support, developers, and business stakeholders; create and follow SOPs on recurring support-related issues.

• Monitor Appian production environment for abnormal activities like volume or errors
• Monitor support channels on Slack
• Respond to business queries on Slack

• Review Appian health using the Appian Support portal
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor platform logs and system metrics
• Resolve application issues and provide a root cause analysis
• Get added to the Pager Duty channel to receive prompt responses
• Work with Appian support when required on product issues
• Create and follow SOPs on recurring support-related issues
• Work closely with Appian developers and business stakeholders
