The Opportunity

As Mgr, Management Consulting 4, you will lead a team of highly skilled strategists within our Information Technology sector. This role is uniquely positioned to build the future of digital performance strategy, working alongside senior management to establish long-term goals and deliver world-class recommendations for improvement. You will successfully carry out strategies that improve efficiencies and compete in the market with proven methodologies.

What You'll Do

* Consult on strategy development, organizational restructuring, and business management to improve efficiencies

* Partner with senior management to assess client businesses and propose improvements

* Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation

* Lead a team to build high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignment and return on investment

* Provide analytical expertise to prioritize accounts and strategies

* Innovate and develop new methodologies, tools, and frameworks

* Handle customer issues and drive outcomes during times of conflict

* Mentor junior members and foster an inclusive, diverse team environment

The Ideal Candidate

* 15+ years in digital, with 10+ years in technology workflow adoption, operating model development, and change management

* 7+ years direct management experience in digital marketing and consulting

* Experience in well-established consulting firms or leading digital marketing technology vendors

* Proven ability to develop organizational frameworks and change management methodologies

* Excellent presentation skills and analytical competence

* Willing to travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
