Net Documents is seeking a Technical Trainer with a passion for technology, enablement, and legal industry transformation. This role delivers comprehensive product and implementation program training to Net Documents Global Channel Partners, with a growing emphasis on AI capabilities and legal‑specific workflows. The position reports to the Senior Manager of AI Success Operations.

Title: Technical Trainer
Location: Lehi, UT (On‑site, Remote, Hybrid)

• Facilitate multi‑day training programs (virtual and onsite) across global time zones.
• Collaborate with the Partner Enablement team to design and improve course materials incorporating AI features and legal workflows.
• Provide personalized support, coaching, and learning journeys to ensure program completion.
• Stay current on Net Documents AI functionality and emerging legal technology trends.
• Act as a liaison for customers, coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and represent customer needs.
• Present confidently to customers and internal stakeholders in meetings and project updates.
• Support strategic business outcomes, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and training delivery KPIs.

• 3+ years of experience as a technical trainer or in a technical enablement role.
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences, including legal professionals.
• Deep understanding of how legal professionals use technology (document management, AI‑driven search, workflow automation).
• Ability to translate technical functionality into business value.
• Familiarity with learning tools, LMS platforms, video modules, and performance‑based assessment.
• Experience with enterprise cloud applications and implementation challenges in the legal sector.
• Knowledge of AI tools in legal tech (e.g., document summarization, smart search, redlining automation).
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

• Direct experience working in, consulting for, or training legal professionals.
• Experience with legal practice management systems and document lifecycle management.
• Passion for demystifying AI capabilities for learners.

Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Note:

The posted cash compensation includes on‑target earnings, base salary, and variable pay if applicable.
