Job Summary:

Remi is a company that connects roofers with more roofs and homeowners with the right roofer. They are seeking a Data & BI Analyst to develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and insightful data to guide decision‑making and strategy.

• Develop & maintain a suite of sql queries, reports & dashboards that are clear and concise.
• Ensure data is always double‑checked and consistently re‑checked for data integrity issues.
• Provide insightful reporting that allows leaders to understand the underlying data and derive meaning from it.
• Build data and reporting to guide decision‑makers to make good decisions and action‑takers to take prompt actions.
• Translate business needs and initiatives into scoped analytics requirements.
• Stay informed and consistently align with the changing objectives of the business.
• Help guide the data strategy for Remi as its operations grow substantially over the coming years.
• Conduct proactive data analysis that helps supply senior leaders and the founder team with recommendations and insights related to key business questions.

• Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.
• Expertise with SQL (DDL, DML, DQL) and tools such as Snowflake, Big Query, Athena, etc.
• A strong ability to work independently, scoping projects thoroughly, and thinking about the big picture.
• Ability to work well with business leaders to translate needs into data projects.
• Mastered ability to effectively tell stories with data.
