• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
• Document processes, data models, and reporting standards

• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills
• Experience building and optimizing data models
• Hands‑on ETL development experience
• Experience working within Databricks environments
• Strong data visualization and business intelligence background
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights
• Ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders and deliver reporting solutions independently
• Python experience preferred
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted

Pay Rate:
Up to $56.34 per hour
