What is Xweave? Xweave is on a mission to revolutionize global money movement by pioneering a next-generation payment service that breaks through the traditional barriers in the financial ecosystem. Our approach merges the existing payments infrastructure with digital assets by creating a global network of regulatory approved digital asset liquidity providers. What is the role? We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the development and execution of Xweave’s next-generation cross-border payments platform.
As one of the early members of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy, defining key features, and ensuring that our solutions deliver real value to businesses and users. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands‑on executor with a deep understanding of fintech, payments, and digital assets. You should be comfortable working in an early‑stage startup to bring innovative products to market!
Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and scaling. Develop and define scalable product and operational processes to enhance efficiency and support business growth. Work closely with engineering and business teams to develop and launch new product features. Engage with customers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product‑market fit.
Develop and improve payment flows and user experience.
6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services. Strong understanding of cross‑border payments, digital wallets, FX, and transaction processing. Experience working with compliance, security, and regulatory considerations in fintech. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling fintech or payments products. Creative problem solver and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:Experience with B2B payments, remittances, or embedded finance solutions. Knowledge of Stable coins or Web3 ecosystems. Technical background or experience working closely with engineers.
