Manager of Analytics – Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Own analytics execution and insight delivery across the revenue organization
• Ensure the business has clear, trusted data to drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Partner closely with GTM leadership to define key metrics, build reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights
• Remain hands‑on in building and validating reporting while managing and developing one analyst
• Elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of analytics across the organization
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations, partnering closely to align on priorities and ensure analytics efforts support broader business strategy

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, revenue operations, or a related data-driven function
• Experience supporting decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success
• SaaS industry experience is preferred
• Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts (direct management experience preferred)
• Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, schemas, source of truth); experience with Big Query and Python is preferred
• Experience working with Salesforce and GTM systems; ability to partner cross-functionally with technical teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
