Become a Key Player as a Provisioning Analyst

You will ensure customers receive timely and accurate account provisioning and billing support, directly impacting customer activation and retention for the organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Product Delivery Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management and Marketing to resolve exceptions and streamline provisioning. This is a Hybrid role — onsite required 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

Create and manage new customer accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features and user access, and perform upgrades/renewals, suspensions and terminations
Review contracts to validate fulfillment requests for provisioning
Develop and maintain provisioning guidelines and work instructions to ensure consistent fulfillment
Monitor and prioritize daily requests, manage backlogs, and complete requests within SLA
Coordinate multiple requests, analyze data to inform decision-makers, and select solutions for complex problems
Maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards with accurate provisioning data
Manage transfer billing and perform billing s; track and upload billing changes
Liaise closely with Program Management and other teams to handle exceptions and out-of-process requests
Represent the organization professionally in internal and external interactions

Bachelor's degree
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while staying organized and detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
Demonstrated problem solving skills, flexibility, and even temperament
Strong work ethic, commitment, and a positive attitude

Pay Range

$28.20 - $35.25/hour
