As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with the business to deliver measurable results through efficient sourcing and supplier negotiations. This position is for a sourcing expert who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and seeks an opportunity to grow their procurement career at a leading company.

• Complete low to medium‑complex procurement projects and negotiations, including supplier/market research, managing the end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle, contracting, and supplier management.
• Analyze supplier proposals and conduct pricing evaluations.
• Negotiate master services agreements, amendments, and statements of work in collaboration with Legal.
• Track and report sourcing outcomes, including savings.

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related function.
• Working knowledge of Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess commercial proposals and formulate data‑driven recommendations.
• Experience working across departments with business partners, finance, and legal teams.
• The capacity to handle several sourcing projects at once.
• High attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

• Experience in corporate services, professional services, and consulting in strategic sourcing.
• Exposure to global sourcing environments and matrixed organizations.
• An AI focused attitude and desire to improve personal productivity.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,900 – $156,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
