Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator supports the Spec & Procurement Manager by executing purchase orders, tracking vendor commitments, and maintaining ERP discipline. This is an execution-focused role designed to increase throughput and accuracy as volume grows.

This role is not a general procurement or supply chain position.

We are only interested in candidates with direct experience in construction, real estate development, or design-driven residential projects
, specifically in categories like:

• Countertops & stone
• Finish materials

If you have not worked directly with construction budgets, trade vendors, or specification-driven procurement
, this role will not be a fit.

• Issue and track purchase orders
• Coordinate vendor confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Maintain SKU, vendor, and pricing data in ERP
• Support invoice matching and job cost allocation
• Flag discrepancies or risks early
• Assist with vendor communication and documentation

• 2–5 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or operations
• Strong organizational skills
• ERP experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable working under direction in a structured environment
