Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
Sales & Business Analysis- Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager
- Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities
- Support short‑and long‑term business forecasting
- Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings
- Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems
- Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart requirements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards
- Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively
- Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed
- Identify root causes and implement preventative measures
- Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations
- Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews
- Support modular reset planning and execution
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a solution‑oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred
- Familiarity with Walmart systems, including Retail Link, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word required; advanced Excel skills a plus)
- Long‑term career interest and commitment
- Experience working with large retail accounts, especially Walmart
