General Summary of Associate Responsibility:

• Support and assist all aspects of community operations, reporting to and acting under the direction of the Service Supervisor & Community Manager.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; professional knowledge of business discipline required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Must be available for emergency calls on nights and weekends when needed.
• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to track and inventory materials and parts.

Responsibilities:

Residential Standards

• Assist by performing general maintenance duties in common areas.
• Handle "on call" duties as needed.
• Complete occupied apartment service requests promptly and independently, adhering to company and property standards.
• Maintain all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring resident satisfaction and supporting occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and ongoing repairs of all mechanical systems to preserve the asset.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Community Inspections and Quality Assurance Review

• Assist with inspections and report on quality assurance review results.
