Compensation:
$20.00 to $25.00 Depending On Experience

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:
- Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
- Performing maintenance tasks such as carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance, appliances, electrical, pools and spas, welding (a plus), fencing, etc., to ensure proper building maintenance.
- Cleaning and repairing building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
- Operating and performing routine maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers and clients.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety, required reporting, and regulations.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety, required reporting, and regulations.
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of state or local governmental safety requirements.
- Ability to provide basic tools (power drill, power saw, screwdrivers, level, hammer, etc.) if required.
- Ability to safely operate, climb, and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories, 24-28 ft).
- Ability to operate a smartphone and email for day-to-day operations and communication.
- Must be able to operate a vehicle between locations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
- 3-5 years of related or closely related experience.
