This is a full-time on-site role located in Lehi, UT, for a Field Operations Manager at R1 Roofing & Exteriors. The selected individual will oversee daily residential and some commercial project logistics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, coordinate cross-departmental teams to meet company objectives, and implement process improvements. Responsibilities include looking over handoff packets given to them from sales team, ordering material, scheduling, leading, and mentoring crews, managing runners, managing customers expectations and timelines, resolving operational challenges, and performing final walk throughs wen necessary.

• Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in operations planning, budget management, and workflow optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a significant advantage
