Administrative Management
The Community Manager is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the homeowner associations assigned. This includes answering owner questions, assigning work orders to community vendors, working with the boards on projects within the community as well as enforcing the rules and attending meetings (1 - 3 meetings per week - usually in the evening).
Responsibilities- Attend 1 - 3 meetings per week (usually in the evening) with the Board and attending community members.
- Oversee the financials of each association. This includes creating reports, budgeting, and ensure the Board is aware of the financial state of the association.
- Communicate with homeowners through the patented software communication tool.
- Interpret governing documents for enforcement and compliance.
- Create notices and newsletters on behalf of the association.
- Perform onsite visits to maintain knowledge of the community, administer compliance procedures, and oversee maintenance.

This job requires long hours using computers and screens, communicating via phone, coordinating meetings that require walking the community for inspections. It may also require some lifting and delivery of equipment.
There are a number of deadlines that must be meta nd managed. This can cause stress. The person filling this position must deal with different types of people and issues. In general, this position is between 45 - 50 hours per week.
