  • Own day‑to‑day portfolio health, evaluating velocity, productivity, seasonality, and SKU efficiency
  • Build annual portfolio plans aligned with brand strategy, financial targets, and consumer needs
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, expand, rationalize, or exit SKUs to improve performance and reduce complexity
  • Guide product positioning, pricing frameworks, and pack architecture across the portfolio
  • Partner with team to ensure portfolio decisions align with brand guardrails and long‑term equity
  • Recommend adjustments to flavors, colors, patterns, configurations, and collections to drive growth and margin

Retail & Commercial Partnership

  • Support customer‑specific planning by providing portfolio insights, performance context, and assortment recommendations
  • Balance retailer requests with portfolio discipline and brand consistency

Campaigns, Launches & Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Provide product‑ and portfolio‑led insights to inform storytelling, messaging, and content planning
  • Support cross‑functional teams through new product introductions, line extensions, transitions, and end‑of‑life phases

  • Translate data into clear recommendations and decision‑ready insights for leadership
  • Partner with Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory flow, and lifecycle planning
  • Serve as the internal steward of the portfolio, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal oversight
  • Influence and navigate competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
