Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Program Management and will be responsible for leading the new product development cycle for multiple software products within ADI. The ideal candidate must possess a rare blend of business and technical savvy, a big‑picture vision while being able to remain tactical, a drive to make that vision a reality and the ability to influence team members cross‑functionally.
This individual must also possess a customer‑first mindset with a bias for action. A successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal‑oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
- Work with Engineering (Hardware and Software), UI/UX, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and partner vendors to create and manage detailed product development plans.
- Establish comprehensive schedules with all dependencies, identify the dynamic critical path as efforts progress across the full development lifecycle.
- Maintain, track, and update program risks, upcoming milestones, and team priorities while ensuring cross‑functional alignment and agreement.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional solutions to mitigate risks, keeping development commitments on track.
- Synthesize issues in an actionable form for leadership.
- Identify project constraints, their impact, and develop mitigation plans.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Use the software as a technical user to maintain technical edge and understand end‑to‑end operation.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex development projects through the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong background in working with subscriptions.
- Strong background in working with cloud‑based teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues to a non‑technical audience.
- Strong planning and analytic problem‑solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with a bias toward delivering results.
- Experience with methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Dev Ops (CI/CD), and Waterfall.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project Web.
Hiring Salary Range:
The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $101,820.0 to $173,380.0 per year, varying by specific work location. Resideo determines base pay based on market conditions, skills, and experience.
