Division Manager – Builder Title Operations

The Division Manager is responsible for managing the production of employees and functioning as an operations manager for title services. The role ensures compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met while acting as a liaison between mortgage and builder stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Oversee work activities and operations of a functional area that supports the title process.
- Provide input to operational plans and collaborate with Senior Management to integrate plans with broader strategies.
- Act as liaison with Escrow/Division managers and leaders of other functions, providing feedback and resolving escalated issues.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor compliance, cost effectiveness, quality and timeliness.
- Track and monitor expenses, performing office‑management duties as necessary.
- Maintain employee conformance to established practices and ensure proper training.
- Analyze problems of moderate scope, evaluate data and business trends.
- Set objectives, assign resources, and monitor schedules and budgets.
- Review quality of work, spot‑check escrow files for adherence to customer requests and company policies.
- Assist customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, and explaining procedures.
- Drive and model customer loyalty, manage expectations, and solicit feedback.
- Collaboratively engage with leaders to identify and implement solutions that enhance business effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7 years of directly related experience in title and escrow, including residential, commercial, subdivision, and exchanges.
- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong supervisory, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, manage competing priorities, and design and execute complex projects.
- Experience with vendor management, cost control, and quality improvement.
- Knowledge of company operating systems/applications.
