After Ship is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and scale the outbound engine in North America, based in Utah. The role manages 6–8 BDRs, drives pipeline, and partners with Marketing for target lists and follow-up standards. It’s a hands-on leadership position requiring in-person presence in Lehi, 4–5 days a week.
You will coach on calls, rewrite sequences, and uphold a high activity and quality bar while building scalable processes for outbound success.
