Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager Contract role is a client-facing, cross-functional project management role. In this contract role, you will own the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout the company – Eligibility, Benefit Plan Design, Finance, etc. – and external partners. This role gives the space to be both highly collaborative as well as the ability to take ownership over the success of a project.

• Track and manage multiple client implementations
• Scope, execute, and manage the implementation process for complex clients; interfacing directly with clients, partners, and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction, partnership, and success.
• Coordinate with internal Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Member Advocacy teams to manage project tasks and client specific requests.
• Manage client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience in which key milestones are met on-time and within scope.

• Proficient with project management tools, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite
• 3-5 years experience implementing and managing complex and/or technical projects
• Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
• Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
  
  Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
• Experience working in client-facing roles
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $60 – $65.50 per hour
