- Builder Title Operations opportunity with our client. The Division Manager
- Builder Title Operations will be responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include:
- Direct day-to-day operations and workflows for the department supporting the builder title process to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to integrate operational plans with broader business and growth strategies.
- Act as the primary link between Escrow/Division managers and business units to resolve escalated issues, align cross-group efforts, and implement process improvements.
- Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and cost-effectiveness (including office management providers where applicable).
- Track, monitor, and manage department expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Exercise strategic judgment to interpret industry trends, evaluate operational data, set department goals, and allocate resources effectively.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of directly related experience
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Department Management level.
Pay Rate Range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
