As an Industrial Painter, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance, durability, and functionality of heavy equipment, generators, vehicles, and other industrial assets. Responsibilities
  • Apply industrial paints and protective coatings to heavy equipment, generators, vehicles, and related assets.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, cleaning, masking, and sandblasting as required.
  • Perform fiberglass and autobody repairs to restore equipment appearance and functionality.
  • Mix and apply paints, primers, coatings, and finishes according to specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper coating application.
  • Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and environmental guidelines when handling materials.
  • Travel to job sites as needed to complete field painting, repairs, and related tasks.
  • Assist with additional labor tasks as assigned to support operations and project completion.
Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, or heavy equipment painting preferred.
  • Familiarity with industrial coatings and surface preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of fiberglass and autobody repair preferred.
  • Experience with sandblasting equipment and processes preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.
