What You’ll DoAs a Production Staff Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are made with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the production line to ensure timely and efficient production of finished goods.
- Conducting quality assurance checks on products to maintain our high standards.
- Mixing raw ingredients to create batches for pressing or forming in machinery.
- Operating equipment such as Kitchen Aids and compressors to complete production tasks.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory for easy access and proper storage.
- Keeping warehouse equipment, including machinery, in excellent working condition.
We value individuals who are efficient, organized, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Ability to follow directions accurately and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing for long periods, working in a space without climate control, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good technical and mechanical skills for operating machinery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
