We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record in Paid Media to join our expanding performance marketing team. ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Linked In, and Meta.
- Monitor budget utilization and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Develop ad creatives, test variations, and analyze performance metrics to continually improve results.
Email Marketing:
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and strengthen engagement.
- Develop compelling email copy and templates aligned with Capital Wealth’s brand standards.
- Segment email lists and monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Lead Generation & Campaign Operations:
- Oversee execution and performance tracking of lead-generation initiatives across events, campaigns, referral channels, and advertising platforms, ensuring efficient lead flow and measurable results.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and cross-team execution for workshops and marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform effectively.
- Work closely with leadership to develop high-performing, optimized content for landing pages and campaigns.
- Ensure all digital assets align with Capital Wealth brand guidelines and messaging.
Performance Reporting:
- Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for executives.
- Use analytics to recommend strategic, data-driven improvements across campaigns.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay current on evolving trends in SEO, paid media, analytics, and digital marketing strategy to ensure innovative and competitive execution.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience managing SEO and Paid Media campaigns.
- Demonstrated history of generating measurable leads or conversions from campaigns (metrics or examples required).
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience in Linked In advertising preferred.
- Experience with Tableau or Salesforce a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to execute independently when needed.
