We're looking to add an ambitious Head of Organic Marketing to our hard-working growth team. • Craft Leland's brand, voice, and reputation online
• Own and 10x existing social growth channels
• Identify and experiment with new social growth channels, content types, viral loops, and tactics
• Build and optimize scalable content systems and teams to amplify the Leland brand
• Dive deep into platform ecosystems and algorithms to determine winning strategies
• Leverage data to measure results, learn quickly, and iterate on what's effective
• Work cross-functionally across the growth, product, and operations teams to support broader growth initiatives
• Own and scale Leland's SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, content-driven search, and keyword targeting, to drive sustainable organic traffic growth
• Partner with content and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across the site and new initiatives

• 5+ years of experience in organic marketing, content, or growth roles, with a track record of building and scaling social channels
• Proven ability to grow an audience from the ground up across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, or similar
• Experience managing or mentoring others, with the desire to build and lead a small team over time
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sharp instinct for what resonates online
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and what drives organic distribution
• Comfort with SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and tools like Ahrefs or Google Search Console
• Data-driven approach to content: you set goals, measure performance, and iterate quickly
• Rigorous testing mentality: you form hypotheses, run structured experiments, and use results to drive decisions rather than gut alone
• High-agency owner who takes full accountability for outcomes, moves without waiting for permission, and finds a way to get things done
