The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution for industry events and programs, including trade shows and third-party events!
Reporting to a Senior Manager of Corporate Events, this role collaborates with the Adobe Corporate Events team, important event partners, contributors, and various vendors. Key Adobe teams include Adobe Global Marketing, Adobe Creativity and Productivity, and Customer Experience Orchestration groups.
What you’ll Do- Lead and manage a portfolio of third-party events and strategic special projects.
- Own end-to-end event marketing strategy and execution, including demand generation, audience acquisition, attendee engagement, lead management, pipeline acceleration, and performance measurement.
- Lead all aspects of event execution and program management, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, logistics, project planning, communications, and onsite operations.
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, executives, and external partners to align event strategy, influence collaborators, and deliver a seamless One Adobe experience.
- Develop measurable event programs that drive awareness, engagement, qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze program performance, financial impact, and value to optimize future investments and marketing strategies.
- Lead event content and experience strategy, including thought leadership, executive engagement, customer storytelling, demos, hospitality, and networking activations.
- Find opportunities to innovate and scale event programs, processes, and attendee experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Experience Build Management, Communications, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in event marketing, with experience in a tech/B2B software organization preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, positive, upbeat, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the organization and multiple vendors/contractors.
- Passion and skill for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and collaborative and positive communication style.
- Experience with Rainfocus, Splash, Swoogo, or a similar event registration platform a plus.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet, Slack a plus.
- Analytical capability to determine program efficiency, return on investment, and forecasting.
- Ability to travel to events, as needed and assigned.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move boxes (up to 50 lbs.)

Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,600 – $196,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 - $196,450
