Job Description
At EDMO, we're transforming how universities attract, evaluate, and admit students. Our AI-driven platform combines Document Intelligence, Conversation Intelligence, and System Intelligence to simplify the entire admissions journey — reducing what used to take weeks into just hours.
- Duration: 4-month internship
- Opportunity: High-Performing Interns will be considered for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship
You’ll work directly with the Director of Podcasts & Content Strategy, helping manage podcast operations, guest outreach, and content strategy while developing skills in marketing, analytics, project management, and executive communications.
- Research prospective podcast guests and identify compelling leaders in higher education and AI.
- Build and maintain an organized guest pipeline, including contact information, outreach status, scheduling, and follow-up tracking.
- Research universities, executives, and industry trends to support guest selection.
- Assist in preparing guest briefing materials and podcast prep documents.
- Continuously improve the systems and spreadsheets used to manage podcast production and outreach.
- Monitor You Tube, Linked In, and podcast analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports that go beyond the numbers by providing actionable recommendations.
- Identify patterns in high-performing content and recommend future topics, clips, and formats based on data.
- Help determine what content should be produced next by analyzing audience engagement and platform performance.
We’re less interested in checking boxes than finding someone who naturally asks questions like:
- Why did this perform well?
- How can this process be improved?
- What can we automate?
- What content should we create next?
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Naturally curious and analytical.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing information.
- A strong written communicator with professional email etiquette.
- Able to identify patterns and turn data into recommendations.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Interested in marketing, higher education, AI, podcasting, or digital media.
- Experience with You Tube Studio or Linked In analytics.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel.
- Experience conducting research or organizing large datasets.
- Interest in higher education, AI, or content marketing.
This isn't a coffee-running internship. You’ll gain hands‑on experience helping produce conversations with university presidents and higher education executives while learning how content strategy, audience growth, analytics, executive communication, and media operations work inside a growing AI company.
