Position: Head of Marketing (B2B/Cybersecurity)

Head of Marketing

Series A SaaS startup in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Salary: $150,000 - $240,000 per year.

SaaS startup focusing on GRC with a growth‑oriented culture, hybrid work environment, flexible schedule, and ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer retention.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and PR.
  • Utilize data‑driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, encouraging creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the enterprise/SaaS and with a B2B marketing playbook and significant digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS and Cybersecurity products.
  • Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) principles and practices.
  • Experience in creating and implementing a marketing playbook.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certification is a plus.
