Flex Factor is building a payments intelligence platform focused on real-time decline decisioning. We seek a senior GTM operator who can turn strategy into execution across events, campaigns, product marketing, and field programs to influence pipeline and revenue.
This role sits at the center of our GTM engine and reports directly to the VP of GTM. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years in B2B marketing, hands-on Hub Spot experience, and a proven ability to own full campaigns end-to-end.
