As we continue to expand, we are seeking a qualified and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinician (APC)—Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant—to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with specialized knowledge or a strong interest in ENT medicine to provide comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality ENT care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories related to ENT conditions.Perform diagnostic procedures and order necessary tests to determine the nature and extent of patients' conditions.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for ENT disorders.Provide patients with education regarding their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.Assist in surgical procedures, as needed, under the supervision of licensed physicians.Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Document patient care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records using EHR.Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed about advancements in ENT medicine.Compliance and Safety
Complete all required compliance and safety training.Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe clinical environment.Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.Follow all regulatory, payer, and ethical standards.Qualifications
Valid and current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).Specialization or experience in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) medicine preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.Willingness to stay current with advancements in ENT medicine.Work Conditions
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan.Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide coordinated care.Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.Manage your own patient caseload and make independent clinical decisions within scope of practice.Use electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies to manage care.Work primarily in clinic settings with occasional surgical or procedural support.Work hours may vary based on patient needs and clinic schedules.Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical competency.Serve as an advocate for patients to ensure they receive high-quality, timely care.#J-18808-Ljbffr
