Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care duties to multiple residents in a timely manner.
- Provide superior care for residents.
- Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
- Document accurately and completely.
- Must have an active Utah State Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.
- We will reimburse you for your certification and training if you are currently working to become certified/recertified; please inquire with HR.
- Certified as a CNA.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
Starting Pay: $16 - $22+ (depending on experience). Night Shift +$1 increase and weekend shifts +$1 increase.
Financial Incentives & Bonus Programs:
Daily Pay options, 401(k) matching, and additional pay for extra shifts.
Tuition reimbursement for certification and training.
