Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new residents and their families with warmth and care
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently
• Administer nursing services such as catheterization, tube feedings, dressings, and specimen collection
• Monitor resident health including vital signs and report incidents promptly
• Support restorative and rehabilitative programs to enhance resident independence
• Ensure resident rooms are ready and meet dietary and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid RN License
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
• Strong multitasking abilities
