Position Overview
- Create a leadership role by setting a good example, working alongside crew, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the team wherever needed.
- Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on daily routes.
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and other lawn maintenance tasks.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide excellent customer service on job sites.
- Step in and assist the team wherever needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
