Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Food Safety Manager based in Lehi, UT, to oversee food safety and sanitation programs across its multi-state restaurant system. The role includes managing HACCP plans, regulatory compliance, and conducting food safety audits.
The ideal candidate will have extensive food safety experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 50–65% to support restaurants. A Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field is preferred.
