Job Title:

Muse (Sales Associate)

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to engage guests and drive the store’s success through hosting, styling, teamwork, and business awareness.

• Hosting
  :
  Welcome guests warmly, exuding confidence and proper etiquette; develop long-term relationships by asking insightful questions and sharing ideas for outreach events.
• Team Building
  :
  Work effectively as part of a team; receive and give feedback honestly and genuinely; celebrate team successes.
• Styling & Curating
  :
  Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic; tell stories using product knowledge to connect with guests; lead with personal style and keep stockroom and shop clean and organized.
• Business Smarts
  :
  Understand product landscape across categories; multitask across operations, cleaning, and POS transactions; share ideas and feedback with the team.

• Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Prior luxury goods experience preferred
• Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize
• Works well in a team environment
• College degree preferred

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Standing for extended periods
• Able to lift boxes up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders

BASE PAY RANGE
: $15.00 to $17.75 hourly. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
