Job Title:
Muse (Sales Associate)
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to engage guests, build relationships, and contribute to the store’s performance through styling, guest engagement, teamwork, and operational tasks.
Responsibilities- Hosting guests: give a warm welcome with confidence and proper etiquette.
- Develop long-term relationships with guests by asking insightful questions, guiding conversations, and suggesting outreach event ideas.
- Team building: work effectively as part of a team and give/receive feedback honestly and constructively; celebrate team successes.
- Styling & curating: communicate the kate spade new york aesthetic; tell stories with product knowledge; inspire through personal style and presentation; spot and discuss products with guests.
- Stockroom & store upkeep: maintain a clean, organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Business smarts: understand the product landscape across categories; multitask across operational tasks, cleaning, and processing POS transactions; share ideas and feedback with the team.
- Professional selling skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritize; works well in a team environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Stand for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds; climb ladders as needed.

Base pay range: $15.00 to $17.75 hourly. Tapestry complies with minimum wage and applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
