The Assistant Store Manager supports overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides leadership to the sales team, ensures operational excellence, and helps maintain a positive and motivating work environment. The Assistant Store Manager also serves as acting Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving or exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics
• Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
• Monitoring sales floor activity, coaching associates, and ensuring customer concerns are handled promptly
• Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team growth and engagement
• Supporting scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and compliance with company policies & procedures

• 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet store goals
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, Google Drive and Apple products
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position begins at $17.00 - $22.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Lehi, UT location + uncapped commission.
