Floor Supervisor
As the Floor Supervisor, you will assist the leadership team by providing leadership and direction to the store team by communicating sales goals and motivating the team. You will assist the management team with the continuous development and training of sales associates and ensure compliance to all core policies and procedures. You contribute to fostering a positive work environment that ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability.
This position may assume responsibility for the store in the absence of management, determined by the needs of the business.

Responsibilities- Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
- Inspire a consumer‑centric mindset within the store and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
- Assist in supervising and coaching a high‑performing team and provide sales‑related feedback.
- Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
- Lead an environment of productivity by managing customer engagement on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement.
- Assist in managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity under the direction of the management team.
- Report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
- Successfully meeting and exceeding sales results and business goals.
- Leading by example, promoting an inclusive store environment, and contributing to great consumer experiences in all situations.
- 1+ year of related professional/retail experience (preferred).
- Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but experience and achievements are most important.
- Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams.
- How to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales and profit results.
- Proven communication skills, solution orientation, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Continually develop and lead a customer‑centric mindset and team.
- Elevate coaching ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Lead and work as part of a successful leadership team.
- Standing required for the entire work shift.
- Bending, lifting, opening, and moving product up to 50 pounds (as needed).
$17.50 – $21.94 USD per hour.
