Average pay: $20 to $24 per hour, with bonuses and spiffs. New hire bonus structure: $400 paid within first 60 days.
Responsibilities- Conduct administrative duties at the store.
- Keep promotions and pricing up to date daily.
- Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
- Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
- Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
