Store Associate

We’re looking for a qualified individual to assist at the storefront (located in Lehi, Utah) 3 days a week.

• Tuesday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Friday 12:00pm - 3:00pm
• Saturday 12:00pm - 3:00pm

• Answer customer curriculum and homeschooling questions
• Customer checkout
• Send downloads to customers
• Record downloads on the customer support spreadsheet
• Update POS with new curriculum and prices
• Update signs for the store
• Customer support emails regarding purchases and returns at the store
• Re-stock store area with curriculum

This position has no direct reports.

This position works in a retail store/warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and iPads, scanners and payment processing equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

This is a part time position. Days and hours of work are stated above. Expected hours: 12-20 per week.
