Seasonal Sales Associate What will you do?As the face of the brand, you will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
- Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
- Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.
* This position will support the store during peak season with the potential to transition to regular employment.*
What do you need to succeed?Foundational skills and qualifications for this role include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team‑work orientation and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.
The role is a part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship) and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans. You may participate in some benefits; details will be provided upon hire. The hiring range and minimum starting rate have been set by market data and comply with all applicable laws.
