As the face of the brand, you will create memorable shopping experiences by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

* This position will support the store during peak season with the potential to transition to regular employment.*

Foundational skills and qualifications for this role include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑work orientation and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight.

The role is a part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship) and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans. You may participate in some benefits; details will be provided upon hire.
