Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now.

Earn $16.00 Per Hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm).

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk inside and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct work‑related business. Mileage reimbursement available.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
