Job Summary / Basic FunctionIndividual will assist customers in the Wildcat store in all capacities in a wide variety of tasks: greet customers in a friendly, professional manner; become knowledgeable about the textbook floor including textbooks, rentals, eBooks, access codes, book availability, etc.; assist customers with finding books and answering their questions in a professional and helpful manner; help pull books for orders, sell books and Wildcat Store merchandise;
stock inventory, keep store clean and orderly. Will be trained to operate a cash register, assist customers with purchases and any questions relating to payment plans.
- High School Diploma
- Must be punctual and reliable. Friendly and customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week, including evenings and some weekends.
- Must have applied to the Federal Work Study Program.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
